Vegetables:
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 1 tomato thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 boiled potato sliced
- ½ capsicum thinly sliced
- 1 small carrot grated
- ½ cup cabbage or lettuce optional
- Spreads & Seasoning:
- 2 –3 tbsp mayonnaise or butter
- 2 tbsp green chutney optional
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp chaat masala
For Serving:
- Tomato ketchup or green chutney
